Andy Jackson
The Eye Candy
Andy Jackson was born in Maine but spent most of his life in Vermont. He grew up hunting and fishing with his father and uncles. He's been in EMS for 20 years having served on Brandon Rescue as a volunteer EMR, EMT then AEMT. He has served as Chief of BARS for 10 of those years and counting. In the last couple of years Andy's love of fishing in particular has been rekindled and the podcast is a byproduct of that via a birthday gift charter from his wife Gina with Captain Matt. Much of his time outdoors these days are spent with his drones snapping pics like you see on the website along with video footage. Andy has a fair amount of knowledge on the tech side of things as he records and releases instrumental music in his off time with around 140,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and well over 10,000,000 streams world wide & counting. Captain Matt Trombley
The Charter Boat Captain
Captain Matt Trombley is a USCG Master Captain & owner of 3rd Alarm Charters and Guide Service. He is a life long Vermonter & Outdoorsman who's passion for the outdoors drives him twelve months a year. Matt was a firefighter/EMT for over 30 yrs, spending 24 years career with the City of Burlington Vermont Fire Department. In 2008 he began guiding local hunting & fishing trips as well as running his consulting business, Foothills Outdoor Expeditions where he booked trips for over 20 Outfitters & Charter Captains across the US & Canada. This allowed him to travel to hunt & fish in over 20 States & 3 Canadian Provinces. In 2010 Matt took his USCG Captain's course and in 2011 started 3rd Alarm Charters and Guide Service. Logan Trombley
The Guide
Logan Trombley has been spending time in the outdoors since he could climb into his dad's back pack. He started tagging along hunting & fishing with his dad and family at such a young age that it's truly a way of life. Logan has worked the Charter boat with his dad since the age of fourteen & started helping Guide hunters & ice fishermen not long after that. He has harvested Whitetails, Black Bears & Eastern wild Turkeys and Waterfowl in Vermont, New York, New Hampshire & Massachusetts. He harvested his first Rocky Mountain Elk & Merriams Turkey in 2022 Montana & never looked back. He is now a licensed Guide in Montana spending his time from Late August to the Holidays in Northwest Montana. When he is back east he is scouting for turkeys or fishing for what ever swims 24/7. In 2021 Logan followed in his father & Grandfather's foot steps by joining the Pittsford Vermont Fire Department as well as completing his Firefighter Level one certification with the Vermont Fire Academy
